Alidya is a prescription-only injectable treatment designed to improve the appearance of cellulite.

It is administered by trained clinicians using a series of very fine micro-injections.

How it works

Alidya’s solution is placed just under the skin where cellulite forms. It supports healthier tissue dynamics and circulation in the treated area, helping skin look smoother and more even over a treatment course.

Who it suits

Alidya is intended for adults bothered by the dimpled look of cellulite on areas such as the thighs and buttocks. It is not a weight-loss treatment and does not replace diet or exercise. It is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or where there is an active skin infection.

Areas we can treat

Common areas include;

  • Thighs
  • Buttocks
  • Hips
  • Abdomen.

Selected cases may include the upper arms.

Your treatment plan

Most people have one session per week for a course of 7 to 12 sessions.

Each visit typically takes around 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the area. Your clinician will confirm the exact plan after assessment.

Results and maintenance

Smoother skin usually develops gradually over the treatment course, with early changes often noticed within a few weeks. Results vary.

Maintenance sessions may be recommended to help sustain improvements.

Comfort, downtime and side effects

Expect mild redness, tenderness or small bruises where the product was injected; these effects are temporary and usually resolve without intervention. More significant reactions are uncommon but can include infection or allergy; contact the clinic promptly if you have concerns.

Aftercare

Keep the area clean and avoid strenuous exercise, heat and direct sun on the treated skin for a short period after each session.

Do not massage the area unless your clinician advises it. Follow the personalised instructions provided at your visit.
